BSS, Dhaka, Jan 7, 2008: Bangladesh Telegraph and Telephone Board (BTTB) has taken up number of steps to improve the quality of its services for its subscribers since the caretaker government stepped up initiatives after 1/11 to make the administration effective through stern actions against corruption, irregularities and mismanagement.
